0. (if not installed) install Steinberg eLicenser "eLicenserControlSetup.exe"
1. Apply the "Steinberg.Content.eLicense.eXTender.exe"
2. Install Cubase Elements 9 from "Cubase_LE_AI_Elements_9_Installer_win"
3. Install 9.0.30 update from "Cubase_LE_AI_Elements_9.0.30_Update_win.exe"
3. Apply the Cubase.Elements.9.0.30.eXTender.exe
